Three listed buildings acquired and converted into 16 spacious apartments and two leisure units in a super prime position in Manchester city centre.
ST. GEORGE'S HOUSE
One of our first projects, the vacant old YMCA building next to the Midland Hotel was acquired for 3m in 1989 and converted into 65,000q ft of offices, parking and two leisure units let to Caffe Nero and Pizza Express
SHENTON HOUSE
A highly prominent listed building at the top of King Street, formerly the head office of Barclays Bank, revitalised and now the home of Rosso and the St James’s Club.
PULLMAN COURT
A large and important art deco building in south London comprising 235 apartments, car parking, gardens and a swimming pool.
