Manchester-based real estate developer and asset manager, the Shenton Group, has acquired two properties in Greengate, Salford.
In a deal with Hattons Hostels, the Shenton Group has bought the first floor of the Quebec building, on Bury Street. Totalling 7,000 sq ft, the deal comprises 14 office suites.
In another deal, it has acquired a further 4,000 sq ft of office space on the first floor of the Abito Building.
Both spaces will undergo comprehensive refurbishment and will be subject to flexible lease terms and an active management approach, says founder, Colin Shenton.
“We’re pleased to add these new properties to our growing investment portfolio in Manchester city centre and fringe locations,” said Colin.
“Greengate is a thriving area benefiting from the new infrastructure and connections around Embankment. It’s a residential hot-spot and has ideal links to the city centre.
“As with all our investment properties, it’s our priority to undertake comprehensive improvements to the workspace and provide flexible, all-inclusive rents to our customers.”
